CastAmplify ("we", "us") operates castamplify.com. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and your rights over it. We keep it in plain language on purpose.

What we collect

Account information — name and email address when you sign up.
Content you provide — podcast feeds, episode details and text you submit to our tools.
Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
Approximate location (country) — derived from your connection to greet you in your language and show relevant options. We do not track precise location.
Basic usage data — pages visited and features used, to improve the product.

What we do with it

We use your information to run CastAmplify: creating your account, providing AI features, sending service emails (via SendGrid), processing payments (via Stripe), and improving the platform. AI features are powered by Anthropic's API; the text you submit to those features is processed to generate your results.

What we never do

We never sell your personal data.
We never share your listener or subscriber data with advertisers.
We never send you marketing without an unsubscribe option.

Where your data lives

Our infrastructure runs on Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Stripe (payments) and SendGrid (email) — established providers with their own strong security practices.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correction of it, or deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing hello@castamplify.com. We respond to all requests within 30 days.

Cookies

We use only essential storage (such as remembering your language choice). No third-party advertising cookies.
