Welcome to CastAmplify. These terms are a plain-language agreement between you and CastAmplify ("we", "us") for using castamplify.com and its tools. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to them.
CastAmplify provides tools for podcast creators: AI-assisted content generation, feed tools, players, guides and related features. The platform is under active development; features may be added, changed or improved over time.
You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. One person or organisation per account.
New accounts receive a 30-day free trial. Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Prices are shown before you pay. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Lifetime memberships are a one-time payment for ongoing access to the platform's features for the life of the service.
Your podcasts, recordings and text remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to operate the service (storing, processing and delivering your content as you direct). We claim no ownership of your work.
You agree not to use CastAmplify to publish unlawful content, infringe others' rights, distribute malware, send spam, or attempt to disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
AI-generated output is a starting draft for you to review and edit. You are responsible for what you publish. AI output may occasionally be inaccurate — check it as you would any assistant's work.
We aim for high availability but, like any online service, cannot promise uninterrupted operation. The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
You may close your account at any time by emailing hello@castamplify.com. We may end or suspend accounts that break these terms, with notice where reasonable.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
